Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. By using LinguaSaga you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying corpus or scheduling data in bulk.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to distribute unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by circumventing rate limits, the daily cap, or paid-tier gating.
• Share your account credentials or resell access to the Service.

Subscriptions and billing

LinguaSaga offers an optional paid plan at $5 per month, billed as an automatically renewing subscription until cancelled. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record and is responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable taxes.

• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from the LemonSqueezy customer portal linked from the in-app Settings page. On cancellation, your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period and then reverts to the free tier.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled in accordance with the LemonSqueezy refund policy. Contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund and we will work with LemonSqueezy to process it.
• Price changes. We may change the subscription price for future billing periods on reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Content and licensing

Russian sentences shown in the app are sourced from Tatoeba and are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 2.0 (CC-BY) license. Contributor attribution is published on the Credits page. The LinguaSaga app, brand, scheduling logic, and any synthesized audio remain our property or that of our licensors.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, your learning state may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular learning outcome will be achieved.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinguaSaga and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) USD 50.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the LinguaSaga operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The specific governing-law and venue details will be added here once the operating entity is finalized.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
